Do You Seek Renewal And
Focus in Your Spiritual Life?

Are you feeling disconnected in your relationship with God? Do you have a busy life leaving you with no time for spiritual fulfillment and connection and leaving you wanting a renewed sense of purpose? Or are you facing challenges, and you are looking for a way to find hope?

Sometimes life can throw us for a loop – loss of a job, problems with our children, health issues, whatever it may be – and we use our own strength to try to solve these problems for ourselves. It is easy to lose our way, forgetting our relationship with the Lord is our lifeline, our rainbow of hope in the midst of stormy times. Keeping Him central during trials helps us trust in His good plans for our lives and allows Him to work as He desires.

There may be times we can find ourselves caught up in the busyness of family, work, and friends. It is easy to lose sight of what is really important and to keep our priorities intact. We respond to the urgent instead of the important. Finding time for ourselves to be rooted and connected in our relationship with the Lord may go by the wayside. When was the last time you took time out to reassess your most important goals or your relationship with God? Maybe now is the time to realign your priorities and put yourself and your relationship with the Lord at the top of the list. Think of putting the oxygen mask on first, so you can then take care of others in your life.

Christian Women Can Feel
Disconnected From God

“No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man.”
I Corinthians 10:13

It is easy to think others we see have it all figured out and are doing a better job than we are in their relationship with God. But the truth is we don’t know the struggles others are having, and we actually share the same temptations and concerns they do. At times we can experience feelings of stagnation and lack of focus. It is also easy to get caught up in the complications of daily living, and integrating spiritual life and spiritual goals can sometimes feel nearly next to impossible, to even the most organized individuals. All relationships–with family, friends, God and time for yourself–require work.

If you are feeling stuck or unplugged in your relationship with God, or if life’s challenges are overwhelming you, this feeling can keep you from experiencing the life you were truly meant to live. Let’s get back to time spent in the Bible, the Word of God, which is living and active and sharper than any double-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). I have the tools and spiritual experience to help you reconnect in your relationship with the Lord; I also can help you develop comprehensive strategies to refresh and refocus your life. Through coaching, you can achieve spiritual focus and excellence in your daily life.

Through Christian Growth Coaching, You Can Gain a Vision of God’s Purposes for You

“For it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose.” Philippians 2:13

Christian growth coaching can provide an organized, professional, and spiritual perspective to help you grow deeper in your relationship with the Lord. As a devoted Christian, I have worked with women to help them grow spiritually for many years. Through coaching, I can offer you the guided self-discovery needed to commit to Christian growth. I will assist you in assessing many different areas of your life, including your faith, health, family, finances, service and priorities. I can also help you establish consistency and focus in your daily spiritual life.

Let me tell you about Nancy…

Nancy was living in the dormitory at a prominent university in the Midwest. She desired to grow in her relationship with the Lord and be discipled. After a few years of Bible study, consistent time in the Word through devotions and scripture memory, and helping others learn to do the same, Nancy was ready for her next step. Through coaching and mentoring, she was able to blend her desire to help Christian women grow in their relationship with Him and her love of music to become a missionary in Ecuador through the Spanish music ministry.

After helping many women, such as Nancy, and having experienced life’s diverse challenges firsthand, I am available and qualified to provide this strong spiritual support. With a detailed Christian growth plan, I can help you identify the current barriers keeping you from achieving a vibrant walk with God. You will be able to establish a vision and determine the actions needed to reach your goals. As your Christian life coach, I will work to foster your self-discovery. Together, we can develop concrete strategies to help you find renewed clarity and motivation. You can establish healthy habits to bring you closer in your personal relationship with God.

You may sense that Christian growth coaching can help you achieve this renewal in your spiritual life. However, you may still have questions or concerns…

Is Coaching for Christian Growth Worth the Financial Investment?

You may be thinking, “Yes, I want this, but it will cost a lot of money I could use elsewhere.” This is a very common and legitimate concern. When we don’t prioritize our needs, it is easy to get stuck in our habits and ways of reacting to situations and people. What would it be worth to you to have the tools to radically change your relationship with God and maintain it? This will help you in your approach in dealing with your problems and relationships. You cannot put a price on knowing you are walking in God’s will and responding as He would desire. This will bring purpose and clarity and you will find inner peace, spiritual connection, and more productivity. The joy and energy you can experience from improved spiritual focus is invaluable (Nehemiah 8:10b). These intangible benefits are beyond financial cost. Realizing your spiritual potential is worth the financial investment, and it's a gift you give to yourself.

Can’t I Just Make the Changes By Myself?

“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” Proverbs 27:17

If you could figure things out on your own, you probably wouldn’t be reaching out for help. When we are deeply ingrained in our daily habits, it is often difficult to break those patterns and put new ones in their place. Sometimes we need an objective person to ask questions to help us think in a new way and provide accountability for making lasting changes. Reaching out for skilled help can be an enormous gift you give to yourself. I can provide that supportive outside perspective, direction, and accountability.

Is It Really Possible for Me to Change and Find Balance?

“I can do everything through Him who gives me strength.” Philippians 4:13

Absolutely! It is possible to change! Often, we are so fixed in our daily habits that it is hard to imagine moving beyond the familiar and the mediocre. But with help from God, each Christian possesses the inner power to grow and thrive in an abundant, well-integrated spiritual life.
